If
you accept our offer, you must return three (3) original copies of the
business proposal signed by a duly authorized representative of the
company and affix your corporate seal. We will thereafter send
you a copy of the signed acceptance document.
A
30% deposit is required at the signature of the contract (bank
transfer or check).
The
balance is to be paid upon receipt of the invoice. Your translated
documents will then be sent to you.
If
you choose to cancel the contract, the client must provide one
month written notice by a duly authorized representative of the
company. The deposit received by Freecadre remains its property.
Upon receipt of the acknowledgment of cancellation of the contract, the
clients account balance will be brought to 0.
Client
follow-up : discuss questions and/or make modifications within a month
period following the delivery date.
